Three Health Benefits of Libido

Some of us guys can’t get lucky enough when it comes to finding a partner to mingle with, and maybe it’s because we haven’t tried out pheromone cologne that in advertisements show remarkable results in making women more attracted to us. But do they really work the way ads and commercials portray them to be? To an extent, yes, but not to the extreme. All of this attraction comes with having sexual attraction and libido, which are important aspects of our lives. Let’s check out the health benefits of libido to know why we need them:

Higher Sex Drive

Libido is the driving force for both men and women in terms of keeping sexual fascination, and for men, it is much worse to have a low libido level because it can seriously impair their masculinity and live quality as a male of the human species. Without libido, men wouldn’t be interested in women, and that could spell the end of the population as the physical interaction and sexual encounter decreases, and so will the birth count.

Improved Sexual Function

Sex

Libido can be put in the same category as testosterone, the main hormone for men that dictates their masculinity and need to breed with the female of the human species. It is a hormone that is directly responsible for keeping our sex drive on the high or low side of the spectrum, and having a low libido count for men is very unsettling and can be cause for concern. Some men with lower libido count cannot be fully erect, hindering their sexual function during sexual intercourse. It is important to keep our libido levels high to maintain a healthy sexual life.

Better Sleep

A higher libido count means better sleep, improved sleeping habits and cycles, and less stress. This is because when sex drives us urges, and we fulfill them, our brain produces happy chemicals and hormones that make us feel relaxed and lower our anxiety, depression, and stress levels to promote better sleep. This is why many women who have not had much action in their sex life have difficulties sleeping, and it can be treated with libido enhancers to get them in the mood.

Coincidentally, men also have this problem, and although masturbating is a viable option, it could get dull and boring. The lack of excitement can lower their libido count even more and stress them out, and when men are susceptible to stress, the cortisol hormone will proliferate. Both testosterone and libido will drop further. You can improve your libido levels by having a healthy lifestyle starting today!
